HOT FORGINGS - 140 PCS./MIN. IN WELL KNOWN QUALITY

Starting from raw bar material we manufacture components using a hot forging process with temperatures of approx. 1.200°C. These hot forged parts are then used to make additional cold or hot forged finished components according to individual customer requirements.

Horizontal multi station presses are used to produce parts within a weight range from 40 to 700 gr. This process demonstrates its strength through an output of up to 140 parts per minute. Moreover, a permanent process control ensures a constant high quality level.
