SPLINDED SLEEVES

Splined Sleeves (for length compensation) for cardan and driveshaft applications.

We produce parts with diameters up to 150 mm finished for cardan and driveshaft applications. Through the cold hardening induced by our process, high mechanical properties up to 800 N/mm2 are achievable in the profiled areas (e.g. involute gear teeth) fulfilling stringent quality requirements. In addition, steels which maintain their toughness at sub-zero temperatures as well as alloyed heat treatable steels can be utilized.
