The production of backward extruded parts and housings through cold forging saves material and provides an efficient and economical manufacturing process for complex and heavy duty components. High shape and dimensional accuracy is attainable. The favorable grain flow through cold working enables an optimization of the part geometry.
Through additional machining with modern CNC technology, we can supply assembly ready components in very high volume (i.e. Millions of pieces / year). We can apply various materials: from plain carbon steels to low and high alloy heat treatable steels, case hardenable steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
