Cold formed full shafts for Passenger Car and Truck applications.

The near net shape end contour extrusion and the minimal machining stock in comparison to hot forging parts result in reduced machining costs for our customers. Narrower tolerances especially in regard to the run-out, give a nearly continuous grain flow on the finished part. This leads to reduce shape distortion after hardening and a more regular hardening depth.

In addition, subsequent machining and advanced soft turning with modern CNC technologies are our day-to-day business as per customer request.
