Our process ensures an optimised material usage combined with complex geometries and high dimensional accuracy. Cold hardening and constant grain flow offer a high level of fatigue strength and make an optimisation of the part design and a reduction in costs possible. In combination with additional machining and heat treatment processes we find a solution for all customer challenges. We offer assembly ready components and systems with optimised (partially processed) surface conditions.
